Hello everyone, I decided to make from scratch a Rulo Stefani that a friend of our told us that this afternoon. This is a similar to a meatloaf. I got the ingredients and right away, I want it to do it. This is casual, nothing was practice. However, the food came amazing. It is for sure a dish that you do it for a big group.
This is a Bulgarian dish, however; in Venezuela we have a similar one that is call Muchacho Relleno - instead of ground beef you use normal beef and you make a hole to the steak and insert the hard boiled eggs, carrots, etc.
