I heard of this place many years ago, but never visited. But this weekend I woke up and a friend of my was dreaming about Simon's.

Tofu Scramble - $7.25 - SCRAMBLED TOFU, ONIONS, CONFETTI PEPPERS,TOMATOES AND SPINACH SERVED WITH SPROUT TOAST.

I was ok, lets go. I'll drive!

We got there and the place was packed. As you enter there is a nice cafe bar and the wall is full of chalk boards with all the items you can order. Right away I notice that this place is a favorite for vegetarians, vegans, health conscious people. Also, it has a lot of organic ingredients. Breads, health drinks, salads, paninis, wraps, soups, and a big collection of beers (independent beer brands).

I got Homemade Granola - $4.50 - SERVED W/ YOGURT. And I can tell you that the granola was so earthy and fresh. It was too good. (I'm trying not to use AMAZING word that often).

For sure this is a must come for a good and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also very heavily ordering online. If you too busy, just go online and place your order.
