Cafe Epicure - Martini Bar in Sarasota FL

You want to have a nice martini in downtown Sarasota, there are a few places and one of them is Epicure.

From the same family/partners that bring you Cafe Americano and Mediterraneo, Epicure is the casual italian restaurant in the heart of downtown. A couple of months back, they opened a martini bar next to their restaurant and gelateria Jolly's.

The decor is amazing. I want that bar in my house, but of course I would need a house with a very high ceiling :)

Anyway, back to the bar, they have all types of drinks that you could ever imagine - it is so nice to see how the bar is designed because you stop to admire all the bottles they have. Besides having the beautiful bar, they also have an oven to make pizza right in front of you. These pizzas are amazing.

But the main attraction here is just the atmosphere, perfect for after work or after dinner if you just want to find a place to have a nice drink and a talk.

The bartender is also the main attraction not only because he is Italian ;) but also because the passion he puts into making the drinks. It doesn't matter if it is a beer or a martini, he takes his time to make it perfect.

I just want to warn you that your drink will take long time to get to you. But that's because it takes time to make quality ;)
